Shipping Terms Introduction It is worth to remain that a lot of ebay sellers sell the model kits at low starting price with incredibly high shipping cost ( double selling price ) or "economy" shipping cost. These item post always harm the buyer's rights. Selling with low starting price with expensive shipping cost, this method avoids from high ebay commission fee. But this makes buyers feel confused the actual total. You may even spend more. "Economy" shipping cost with unclear shipping method description, the low shipping cost sends your item with poor packaging. In order to enlarge their profit margin, some unconsidered sellers wrap your full-paid item in a piece of thin brown paper or plus soft bubble sheet. The kit box is not strong to overcome the heavy load of other parcel or dropping. Let's image what the parcel would be in long distance mail delivery. We have been a buyer and had unhappy experience about the unprotective packaging. Kit box is broken, parts are broken. When you write to complain them, they reply that they do not responsible any damage from mail delivery. We stand the customer side and understand what you want. You are not buy with disappointment! Unlike other ebay sellers, we put your orders in secure carton box and bind with rope. (Read real story from automativeforums.com )  Charge: We are welcome international business. All kits are shipped by airmail service. We will charge the shipping as low as possible. Only the shipping cost and packing cost are charged. The shipping fee is embedded in PayPal Buttom. The shipping cost is calculated bases on the item shipping to USA. Nevertheless, the shipping cost is enough to cover the postage for shipping worldwide (Asia, Europe, USA, South America, Canada, Africa). International buyers are welcome to use as normal. When you check out from Paypal shopping cart, you should find a shipping fee to be charged. If you order multiple items, we qoute the discounted shipping fee to you. Shipping fee should show in Paypal cart's item check list!! The Buyer enables to select shipping methods. They are Surface, 1st class airmail and Speed Post. Our shipping fee calculation prefers 1st class airmail because it is the most optimal way to handle your orders. If you would choose the other two methods, please contact us first. Quote upon receipt of buyer's request. In case, you are worried about the lost of parcel. The buyer can add more US $1.00 for registered mail or US $1.50 for the insurance(Up to US $32.00 ). The service is optional. Please tell us what kind of methods you want. Lead time: The airmail service spends about 6 - 13 days; the Speed post service spends about 4 -6 days to arrive at the destination. If your orders are rare kit, extra 2 - 3 days are required to get. Nevertheless, we try our best to locate your loves. We deliver happiness as our goal. Registered Mailing Service (Mail Tracking Number) For 1 item order: Registered mai service is available, but it is optional. US $1.00 is added to the shipping cost. More than 1 item order (QTY > 1): A
free registered mail service is provided. Tracking number prints on a bar code label (Fig. 1) and stickles on the parcel. The registered mail needs addressee's
signature to collect parcel. In case, no body stays at home. The
parcel will be returned and stored in the Post Office for 14 days. You
will receive an notification letter that inform you a parcel is
received. The service prevents from the risk of stolen parcels.  Fig.1 Bar Code Label Refunding for the lost of parcel. In case, the parcel is not received over a month. We will report to the Post Office. She starts an investigation and writes a hardcopy report for the event. If the lost parcel is resulted from the carelessness of the Post Office staff, refund will be claimed.
